"The room was kept very clean. The staff was very nice. The shower was great. The bed is more comfortable than most beds I've slept on in Mexico, as they are generally very firm. There is a nice roof deck. Only disadvantage, which is common in Mexico, is that windows face another room across an opening that allows for fresh air. Window are openable and the heating/cooling system works well. I'd stay there again. Great for a city hotel."

"This is a charming hotel near the best sites in the historic heart of town. We had a large room in a courtyard. It was quiet and the king size bed was great. The bathroom had a huge shower. I particularly liked the staff. The manager, Perla, speaks excellent English and she helped us with navigating the city and seeing the sites. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the honor bar. We had to leave at three in the morning and a staff member was there to help us with our bags. I would stay here again."

"Convenient a really, perfect location in historic downtown , friendly staff, delicious café con leche - (lactose free). Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower too. Love the old time Mexico atmosphere with the decor and the music, you are truly transported to Mexico… "
