"Lovely hotel in the heart of the charming historic town. Design details everywhere, and a beautiful courtyard with terraces to relax. Easy walking distance to everything! And a wonderful staff who ensured that we had everything we needed. They even arranged a private drive to take us to San Miguel de Allende. Lovely place!"

"The room was kept very clean. The staff was very nice. The shower was great. The bed is more comfortable than most beds I've slept on in Mexico, as they are generally very firm. There is a nice roof deck. Only disadvantage, which is common in Mexico, is that windows face another room across an opening that allows for fresh air. Window are openable and the heating/cooling system works well. I'd stay there again. Great for a city hotel."

"Good location. Great staff. Room spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Shower was good. The Negs: Toilet closet was too small - banged my knees on the door and toilet paper holder. The toilet was not properly adjusted so was way too strong splashing toilet water on the seat and making a huge noise. The toilet fan and light were on a sensor and very sensitive to any motion in the room and the fan was very loud. The AC worked, but the heat didn't. "

"This is a charming hotel near the best sites in the historic heart of town. We had a large room in a courtyard. It was quiet and the king size bed was great. The bathroom had a huge shower. I particularly liked the staff. The manager, Perla, speaks excellent English and she helped us with navigating the city and seeing the sites. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the honor bar. We had to leave at three in the morning and a staff member was there to help us with our bags. I would stay here again."
