「Room very good and clean」

「A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. 「I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend. However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card. I immediately contacted the reception. 「Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked. The property is beautiful with a fantastic view of Mt Kazbegi, and a nice yard, and the host is very nice and accommodating.
