グルジアのホットタブのあるホテル

「Most of what was described in the website was inaccurate: the spa and pool were in a different building, there was no room service unless requested, there was no food service, the toilet smelled really bad, the wifi didn't work and there was no free parking.」

「　日本で言えば、老舗の温泉ホテルのような感じがした。 　ただし、大浴場はなく無料のサウナとプール、療養施設があった。そのためか長期滞在の中央アジア系と思われる人（団体）が多いように思われた。 　内装、調度品、設備は重厚感のある物が多かった。 　提供された部屋は中庭・プールに面した完全なシングル室で、夏に向けた外装工事中のため窓外は足場が組まれていたのは残念だった。 　朝食は大ホテルらしいビュッフェ式で種類も豊富でオムレツオーター調理もあった。 　立地としては観光中心部からやや外れた住宅街を通った先の高台で、部屋によっては景色が良いと思う。」

「The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee...

「I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel.」

「1：ドアーのカギが破損していて電子キーが作動しませんでした。点検整備なし。 2：変更された部屋の電球の1個発光していません。点検整備なし。 3：遮光カーテンが2枚必要な窓の幅に1枚しかないので追加要望しましたら、すぐ持ってくるとのことでした。しかしながら時間が30分してもないので、催促しましたら、別人が来まして、このホテルは、どこ部屋でも1枚しか使用していない。しかも、ジョージアでは、どこのホテルでも、日よけカーテンと遮光カーテンは1つの窓に1枚ずつと決まっていると言い、私の要望には対応出来ないとの回答でした。カーテンレールには、空いたカーテン吊下げ器具7～8個ありました。宿泊者をその場かぎりの客あつかいでした。 」
