「Unfortunately, our experience at Suatis Hotel was quite disappointing. Check-in took almost 45 minutes because their credit card system was not working. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems. 「I booked through Expedia. The room was clean, bed good - but no table or chair and would have been way too small for more than a solo traveller. Main purpose of the very nice deck seemed to be for the staff to lounge around when they weren't busy - bit off-putting」

Der Kaffee war super, Rührei und Speck oder Spiegelei hätten das Frühstück aufgewertet. Ebenso das tolle frischgebackene georgische Brot! Die Lounge und das Restaurant waren sehr stylisch.」
