Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

very poor customer service. no english spoken.

the carpets were not clean. the pictures online are misleading. the breakfast options are limited. don't get fooled by the free breakfast offer. i didn't have wifi connection the first 2 days of my stay. the rooms were very hot and the AC monitor is all in chinese. communication was very difficult with employees because they didn't speak english. I had a problem with my Ac and called the front desk several times, and since the employee couldn't understand me, he disconnected the line. I kept calling but no response and had to go down to the reception and notice the phone line was disconnected. and they had no remoarse about it.
