夜間の水と電気が自由に使えればgood

チェックインした際、突然、翌日夜間の0時から5時まで、電気、水道が使えないとの案内がありました。事前に決まっているのであれば、何故案内をしていただけなかったのでしょうか。お詫びとしてアップグレードをしていただきましたが、会食の際に時間を気にしなければならない事は非常に不快に思いました。

尊敬するお客様平素は格別のお引き立てを賜り厚くお礼申し上げます。この度停電に関する通知が遅れ、客様には不愉快な思いをさせてしまったこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。恐れながら当時の状況を説明させていただきます。通常であれば電信局より事前に停電の通知が有るため、お客様への通知を行うことができます。しかし、今回の停電に関しては、電信局からの停電の通知を受けたのが停電の直前であったため、お客様へ連絡をすることが来ませんでした。実際に電気が使用できなかった時間は、夜中の12時半から明け方5時頃まででしたが、この間公共エリアとエレベーター以外は電気が使用できない状態になってしまいました。この停電により、お客様の気持ちを害してしまい、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。今後は同じようなことが起こらないように改善し、お客様により良い宿泊を体験いただけるよう尽力してまいります。これからも弊社をご利用いただきましすよう、何卒よろしくお願い致します。

新しく、清潔、食事もおいしい。

広州白雲国際空港から地下鉄・APM Lineを乗り継いでいくことが出来る。徒歩5分の所にもレストラン、喫茶、ショッピングセンターあり、便利な場所にある。静かなホテル・自炊も可能。次回も広州では宿泊したいホテル。

タクシーの運転手が知らないホテル

ホテルは広く快適です、フロントも良い人で対応もいいが日本語の通じるスタッフが最初のいなかったので、タクシーの運転手が近くをぐるぐる回って降りて探しても、たずねても知らなくて歩き回って大変でした、日本語が話せる人がいた日は助かりました、部屋は広くベッドも快適でした

広州東駅から近い好立地

今回、香港からの電車で移動したので、広州東駅を利用しましたが、地下鉄のすぐ近くにあり、広州塔周辺の観光スポットにも便利で、フィット器具やプールも充実しているので長期滞在でも全然不便ではないので次回も利用したいと思いました。

とても良いが、移動は不便、、、

重い荷物を持っての移動でした。 Hotels.comの地図を頼りに地下鉄体育西路から歩いて探しましたが、どうも地図上の標記が間違っていたようで、何しろ歩きました。炎天下の中、とても辛い思いを強いられました。タクシーで向かった方が無難でしょうね。逆に、ホテル発時はタクシーを捕まえるのに一苦労。ホテル自体には満足ですが、移動についてはイマイチと感じました。

過ごしやすかったです。

3泊しました。部屋は広く清潔感もあり、快適でした。日中だと、受付に日本語のできるスタッフもいました。ただ、予約したプランで、写真にあったバスタブは、実際にはなくて、シャワーのみでした。地下鉄の体育中心駅から約10分かかるか、かからないかのところにあります。タクシーだと、地元運転手に、ホテル名を書いた紙をわたしても、地図を見せても、理解してもらえず、初日はホテルに電話をつなげて説明してもらいました。

立地条件とアパートタイプの部屋が快適

立地条件は、広州の市街地まで徒歩５分に位置しているが、喧騒街から少しだけ離れているので静かですごしやすい。すべての部屋に、洗濯機とキッチンが備わっており、長期滞在には最適です。難点は、従業員がすべて中国人ですので若干のサービスへの考え方に不満があります。しかしそこに触れなければ良いホテルです。ただ、ヨーロッパの方が多いからかどうかわかりませんが、枕が体臭臭いです。

ヨーロッパの人たちが主に利用しているホテルで、キッチン、洗濯機が完備され、清潔で快適なホテル。従業員も中国にしてはよく教育されている。立地条件も、煩雑な地域からすこし離れて静かであり、街の中心部も徒歩圏。枕が臭かったのが難点。

快適な客室

１Bedroomに宿泊。部屋は広く、きれいに清掃もされていました。キッチンも付いていて調理用具も完備されており、夕食を作って楽しめました。浴室がシャワーのみで水勢が弱かったのと、チェックアウト時にセイフティーボックスが毀れて開かなくなったトラブルがあり、設備は★を落としました。アメニティはロクシタンで良かったのですが、サービスアパートメントなため？か交換頻度が低く、そのへんが改善されればもっといいのに。不満ばかり書いてしまいましたが、料金の割に広く快適な客室で、買い物も便利で良かったですよ。中心部でなくていいならお薦めできるホテルと思います。

Great stay!

Great stay! Spacious rooms with kitchenette and a sofa in the living area. Comes with washing machine. Walking distance to Taikoo Hui and other shopping area. Service was outstanding too. Only grief was that there is only a wall socket on one side of the bed and none that allows USB charging so bring your own universal adapter.
