It has 1 bedroom although 4 people can comfortably fit on the individual sofas in the living room, designed especially for this place.

It is in the Coordenada LIVING building that has a jacuzzi, gym, underground parking, meeting area and with maximum security.

It is a far cry from a penthouse. It is a tiny apartment on the top floor. That doesn’t make it a penthouse. It is completely isolated. Nothing in walking distance. Right on top of train tracks at all hours of the night blasting to horn and disrupting sleep. Also says pet friendly. No convenient place to walk A dog. I booked for a month I only stayed 3 nights as it was a nightmare. It is wired for two A/C units they only put in one. Which isn’t enough for the full apartment. Plus cramped. Says sleeps up to 4. Technically yes 4 could stay there and only 1 bathroom and pulling out a sofa bed would use up all the available free space. Totally packed. 2 is the max.
