Terrible location. Staff are rude. Wifi sucks. Very noisy location. Shower water didn’t drain properly. I will never stay there again.

Good place to stay, is walkable distance from la cathedral and lots of good eating places..not hot water and the a/c was not working in our room the moni split unit probably was broken.. other rooms were fine.. but we were burning up, to get it fix, but it really never work..service was great and staff was helpful and friendly.. will stay again, but will make sure a/c works 😊

This hotel is located in a very strategic place where you could just walk to down town (centro) or just board the train to different points of the city. Unfortunately, the condition of this hotel has worsen with time, the elevator doors seem to be falling down, in the rooms, there is rust, moldy walls, switches and outlets that don't work anymore, sometimes there's no hot water. People at the front desk, while they are not rude, they are very basic, to the point kind of thing and they're not willing to bend anything to help out (if there's any specific situation). Overall, this is a decent place to stay but I've found better places just few blocks away.

A pesar de ser un edificio prácticamente nuevo está algo descuidado. El elevador da miedo. El baño tiene goteras del baño de arriba. Hay que abrir completamente la llave del agua de la regadera para que salga caliente y se desperdicia mucha agua. Me entregaron el l control remoto del aire acondicionado bloqueado y no pude subir o bajar la temperatura. Le falta una cortina secundaria para que entre luz pero tapar la vista hacia adentro. En dos ocaciones tuve que tocar por que cierran con llave la puerta exterior. En la esquina hay un local abandonado que le da un pésimo aspecto a la propiedad. El televisor estaba demasiado pequeño. No tiene espejo el tocador, solo el del baño.

El hospedaje cumple con su objetivo, esta situado en un lugar muy céntrico tienes un sinfín de comercios a los alrededores, el servicio es muy cordial. El sistema de TV durante mi estancia no logre que funcionara, siempre salía la leyenda sin señal en ningún canal.
