「Very spacious for a condo and the back sliding glass door and patio faces the pool and game area! The outdoor furniture was a great place to sit in the shade and watch the moss swaying in the huge canopy of Live Oaks. The gas grill is a plus We had a fabulous stay!」

「Condo was a corner unit, with a beautiful view of a pond and fountain from the balcony. Balcony was large and furnished with a 4-person dining table & ample seating. Very quiet and close to the pier, shops, and restaurants.」

「I'd choose this condo over a hotel any day! Perfect spot for a wedding weekend in Fernandina. Close to the beach, clean, comfortable bedding, complete with beach chairs, beach towels, and some toys for the little one. Great find and very prompt communication with the host. 」

「We have stayed at Bill’s beach bungalow once before and would definitely stay again. The unit was VERY clean and orderly when we checked in, as was previously. This unit is perfect for a long weekend and we enjoyed our time here. The location is primary reason we chose to stay a second time. Cross one little street and down a path to beach!」

「Harbour Oaks Condos are the best rentals for your dollar in my opinion. They are clean, in a great location for a quick golf cart ride to the village and pier. This particular rental was updated and nice and provided all that we needed for a very enjoyable week long vacation. We were so sad to leave and come back to real life!」

「Water View is definitely fitting for this property. Cleanliness was top notch. Well taken care of. Close to pool. Minutes from pier, shopping, restaurants. Great communication with host. Absolutely love St Simons and this property will definitely be at the top of list for future stays. 」
