「Fantastic studio! The hosts of this charming VRBO have thought of everything, making our stay delightful. The accommodations are as nice if not nicer than suggested by the photos. My husband and I found this to be the perfect location for hiking at Watkins Glen & visiting local wineries and breweries. I enjoyed reading my book on the deck while having my morning coffee. The hosts left plenty of literature to help us become acquainted with the area and spoiled us with snacks, a bottle of wine...

「First off, our host. Super nice and hospitable. Took care to clearly communicate with us and was very helpful. Second, the property. What a beautiful place. Well lit, nice colors and beautifully decorated. Premium towels, full kitchen etc. We came to move our daughter into Cornell. 「We used the Haven as our base for 5 days in Ithaca. The location is a short walk from the Commons where we ate out and took in an outdoor concert. You can even walk to the Cascadilla Gorge/Falls. You are a short drive to everything else as the place is in the heart of Ithaca. It was plenty spacious for my wife and I. Very large shower. Workable kitchen. Parking was easy, right out front. 「We had an amazing time! Scottland Yard Farm is a hand made thoughtful gem of a place to stay. The wildflowers and animals make it feel like a fairy tale. Our kids loved the pool and feeding the koi fish. The beds were comfortable, but we did need to bring two twin size air mattresses to accommodate our family. These fit easily in the loft. The whole place would be great to rent with other families for a joint vacation or event. Thank you Duane and Andrea for an unforgettable experience.」

「Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner...
