There's no lake access from the house, only lake view.

The main entrance is on the same level as parking, with just one step leading to the front door.
Inside, the home features:
• One bedroom and a full bathroom on the main level, ideal for guests who prefer minimal stairs.
• The remaining bedrooms and living spaces are located in the lower level, accessible via an indoor staircase.

• Each bed is made with freshly washed linens and pillowcases prior to your arrival.

Other things to note
Lake & Swimming Access
While our home is situated near the lake, it sits on a cliffside and does not have direct lake access.

For swimming, paddle boarding, or kayaking, we recommend East Shore Park, just a 2-minute drive away. It’s a beautiful spot for enjoying the water and launching watercraft.

Winter Comfort Note
Due to the home’s mid-century modern design with high ceilings and over 50 large windows offering panoramic views of the lake and surrounding nature, the living and dining areas can be harder to fully warm during extreme cold conditions, especially when temperatures drop below −15°F and during windy winter days.

The bedrooms maintain a more comfortable temperature, and the home has central heating throughout. We also provide portable heaters for additional comfort. For colder winter stays, we recommend bringing an extra layer when spending time in the main living areas.
