Pro: The resort is very nice. Good services. Beach is calm and clean. Cons: wife tried the spa but didn’t have good experience. The spa technician was 20mins late and the waiting area is not comfortable. The waiting area is open space and sharing with everyone. It was crowded and didn’t have not enough chairs.

Amazing apartment and fantastic beach. The gym was good and coffee shop very welcome. If you're up for a party atmosphere in the evening though - this isn't your place. The "owners" of some of the apartments who may be onsite when you visit appear to generally be on the 'quieter' side of life... highly recommended despite this. Just get used to going to be early!

Rooms are excellent. Very spacious. Comfy bed. Lotsof space. Staff are for the most part friendly and accommodating. Aqua aerobics with Terry is great fun. BBQ night on the beach similarly. Lots of free activities like kayaking and games. There is a great little coffee shop for drinks and snacks with almost everything available on all inclusive. A few negatives but not much, like the plunge pool which is way too hot. Had a super stay.

The beach in front of the resort is outstanding and alway kept clean and tidy by the fantastic staff. Very easy to make use of the various Water sport facilities. Only thing I would improve is the provision of constant fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet and the speed of making omelets and scrambled eggs upon request. Car traffic in the north area of the island can be quite intense, so consider that when making plans to visit the surroundings.

Only a day and a half into the holiday and a number of irritating niggles. - Toilets in the room not working properly. - Had to wait 10 mins for a table at breakfast. - Had to wait 45 mins for lunch to turn up after ordering. - Bar staff forgot drinks. - Not enough sun-loungers on the beach. - Beach towels removed from sun-loungers (when we found some) as we had to wait 45 mins for our lunch. - People selling bracelets and necklaces on the beach . If I wanted that I would have gone to Spain ! - WiFi non-existent. A 5 star resort this is most definitely not, but on the plus side the staff are very pleasant and friendly.

If you’re traveling with a family I highly recommend the Landings. A little difficult to reach from the airport but once you arrive it’s worth it. Beautiful property with wonderful staff, plenty of pools, calm sea at your doorstep, dining options(breakfast buffet is excellent). The rooms are spacious, clean, fully stocked, and all close to the onsite amenities. The resort offers help with booking excursions to see the southside of the island but don’t miss Pigeon island and smuggler’s cove while you’re up there. Rodney bay is just a few minutes away for your shopping and restaurant needs. Great job Landings hope to see you again!!!

Resort was clean, beautiful, and serene. Very far from the airport (1.5 - 2 hours depending on traffic) and the drive was not an easy one (up and down VERY steep roads). WiFi was not great in the suites. We had to hang in the lobby at night to check our email. Very few dining options and food was mediocre at best. Service was excellent, however. Lots of water activities and excursion options which makes it a great place for families with kids, or older couples. Not ideal for younger couples who may be looking for more excitement and things to do in the evening.

Great resort!
Was an amazing week. The property is beautiful, the staff is incredible. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom from a 2 bedroom, which was perfect. Having a plunge pool was really nice. Don’t understand people’s reviews where they complained, unless they were expecting the Ritz. We did not have the all inclusive package, which unless you are huge drinkers, would not be worth it. For those who get car sick, beware and be prepared that the drive from the airport is over 1 1/2 hours thru incredibly windy mountainous roads.

Wonderful place and fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The downside is that it is not possible to walk into the nearest town - so you need a car or taxis are at least $30 return each time. The hotel really needs a shuttle service.

Highly Recommended
The resort and staff were fantastic. Room was large and clean, very nice. Two issues; the all-inclusive price is not a good value, that price should go down. Second small issue on our stay was that the AC in the bedroom didn’t work; the service to fix it was second to none. Just took a long while late at night on night 2, and night 1 was just a bad nights sleep. Otherwise, great resort in a great location.

Very disappointing. We were placed in an old unit that was way too far from the Beach Club where we ate breakfast every day. This property clearly discriminates against Expedia bookings. We have 2 family members who cannot walk long distances. Despite numerous requests for a centrally located unit (including pre-arrival) our requests went unheeded. The ensuing walks were painful. One of our family members has severe allergies; food service manager could not have been kinder or more attentive. However, the prices -- especially for drinks -- were outlandish. Lunch service was indifferent at best; literally a minimum 2 hour experience. Maid service was poor -- they had to be constantly reminded to bring new towels and refill the coffee/creamers on a daily basis. This property should be much more attentive given the prices!

Exceeded any and all expectations! Staff make the resort and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly and helpful. You could tell that they enjoyed working at The Landings. Food was great and it never felt too busy, even though we were there right before Christmas. No issue getting beach chairs, or using the beach equipment. Condo itself was clean and spacious and gave us a “wow” factor every time we walked in! Staff was excellent and really made our stay! Miguel and Nicholas are a big part of our family’s stories and fun memories! Definitely recommend the all-inclusive option. Thank you Landings for a great vacation!

Great resort
Beautiful resort with fantastic apartments and a great beach and pools. Long drive from the airport but nothing that the resort could do about that. Food is generally good, but you could get away with a bed and breakfast and explore restaurants outside the resort. It does get to repetitive in the resort. Really good service but it took a long long time to receive food for non buffet orders during the Christmas busy season. Wi fi could be better but in general this is a top notch resort.
