「I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out. This property is highly recomended.」

「Everything was good clean room clean kitchen. The pool was perfect. Just had to leave too soon. AC was working perfect nice clean bathroom and they were very nice. People visit again soon.」

「チェックインの時、かなり待たされました(後から部屋の準備ができていなかったからだと判明)。シャワーや洗面台の水が出ない時間帯があり、不便でした。朝ご飯はビュッフェですが日替わりメニューでどれも美味しかったです。スーパーマーケットが近いのはとても便利でした。」

「Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices.」

「This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...
