「The hotel location is beautiful and from the outside looks beautiful. Very poor sound proof rooms. Can hear the slightest sound from the next room. We were literally whispering to each other. One good thing noticed was free and safe parking. 」

「Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. 」

「For one night stay it was good. We had a room with a great view. However our stay was booked for 5 nights so we were very disappointed to find on arrival that there was a mix up with Expedia and we didn’t have a booking. We were subsequently moved to another hotel nearby.」

「I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms.」

「This was a really nice place with spectacular view from the balcony. The only 2 pain points were parking in the garage was very tight and no AC in room . We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes and bugs」

「I think this is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed. The facility is new and clean and the staff are all friendly and responsive. The apartment is equipped with a wash machine, electronic stoves and a dish washer, so it is suitable for a family or a group. The Italian restaurant serves tasty dishes and the packed breakfast was plenty of sausages, hams, salami and eggs with delicious breads.
