"Absolutely loved this hotel and area. The staff were so kind and helpful and even made it possible for us to check in after the lobby closed due to the trains in taking longer than expected. It is a one minute walk from the main gondola to the mountain activities . Beautiful views from the balconies and friendly staff who will make you feel welcome ."

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. The hotel was otherwise excellent with its staff, amenities, location."
