「Bien placé, calme. Appartement agréable. Appartement non chauffé a notre arrivé, 24h pour avoir une température agréable, surtout en bas. Communication avant notre arrivée compliquée. 」

「This property was clean and a great amount of space. The patio was actually very large with the most beautiful view. My concern was as a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel the safest knowing that the patio actually connected to the apartment next door. I couldn’t open up the shutters/windows/doors for air overnight without feeling terrified the guests next door could come inside. And it was extremely hot in the apartment without them open (no control over AC and just a fan going). To no fault...

「内装が素敵だった。湖畔で食べる朝ごはんは格別」

「The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating of our whole trip to Italy! The room was so clean and the view of Lake Como from our room was AMAZING. They have an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning and meal options in the evening just in case you don't want to venture out. 100% recommend!」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !」

「Hotel was very easy to find with good check-in instructions. Very nice room with a view and amenities including coffee machine and a fridge. Very comfortable stay. Thanks!」

「The staff were friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and above all, we had a wonderful view of Lake Como from each room. The hotel’s interior design and decorative details were charming and sophisticated. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It was just a one-night stay, but they truly made our visit to Lake Como exceptional. I have to say, it was absolutely perfect !...

「Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...
