「We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!」

「Clean room, friendly staff, but really tight stairs to manoeuvre to our room. Do not recommend for elderly. There was no a/c so we had to open the window all night. Location was a little out the way of the main attractions and tour meeting places.」

「Located right in front of the baptistery of the church, the b&b is in a perfect location to do major site visits, eat and do some shopping in Sienna. We were delighted to receive a pamphlet from the hotel owner which describes the family history, and found a few items in our room that is part of their history. Room is very clean with elegant furnitures - the photos from the official website is REAL. Hot water was available and the b&b prepared tea cups and hot water heater with tea bags in...

「We had a great stay!」

「The view was amazing from the apartment. Laundry was conveniently free. The internet was a bit inconsistent but overall the place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.」
