「The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. 「We stayed 2 nights and were barely in the room, but I ca definitely say the photos were 100% accurate and the woman at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and let me know up front that the front desk is not manned 24/7, which was no biggie. 「Very nice hotel. They are doing some remodeling but our room was perfect. Outside of building is older but inside very modern. Comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast but be prepared to walk outside to get to the room for breakfast. Excellent location to drive to attractions. Walking distance to a great meal and live entertainment. 「We actually were moved to Ozark Valley Inn which they also own. Renee the manager was super. Good breakfast. Two complaints. They had great exercise equipment, but nobody must use it because it was full of cobwebs. And if you aren’t going to clean a room with a 3 night stay, provide more than one tiny waste basket or a place to empty it 」
