「The major issue here is the high volume of vagrants and hoodied people that come out once the sun goes down right outside the rooms drinking beer, playing loud music into the night and smoking weed. I am sorry to say It is simply not safe. I had to check out and found a more established safer hotel. Go to bear valley road or to mall area for a safer (yes more $$), hotel but it’s worth it. Specially if you are there to sleep.」

「There were roaches and the tub was dirty. Me and my partner stayed so I asked fi more towels And they said NO. The door lock was broken, cabinets dirty and fridge wasn't working good.」

「The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.」

「We have been going up to Lake Arrowhead for over 10 years, we always stay at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa . . . it is showing its age and is not being attended to. Being in construction we notice the neglect, peeling paint, broken concrete, broken and torn screens, non-working amenities. Cheap fixes to cover an issue. It's sad, as this was always a special trip for us and we pay a lot of money to stay there. Next year we will have to look at other locations.」

「The price was outrageous for a weekday and the bed was dirty and super uncomfortable. A motel 6 would have been cheaper and much more comfortable. It’s not a lodge by any means. And it was not a well maintained hotel by any means. The security door locks were all broken off of the doors or removed. And everything felt unsafe.」

「The WiFi barely works. It cuts in an out all day so if you need it for work or school while you stay here I’d suggest look elsewhere. They offer DirectTv but only 6 channels and it’s decent. The space is cool and has potential but needs a lot of work. The bathroom has a public bathroom and it’s a strong odor. The bathroom hinges are hanging off. There’s only an ac unit in the bedroom which doesn’t reach the rest of the room. Not all room are like that but I assume a few. I saw roaches and killed...

「Very cute the only thing I did not like was the larkinglot was dirt so it tracked into my car and the room, other than that we enjoyed our stay.」

「I liked that breakfast was included and staff was friendly. But overall, the pictures of the rooms on Expedia do not match the room I was actually given.」

「少し貧困層の住んでいるような場所にあり、周囲の買い物する場所もゴミが落ちていたり変な人がウロウロしていたりと、旅慣れていない人には治安が良くなく感じてしまいあまりおすすめできない。 飲食店も複数あるにはあるが、ろくなものは食べれないと思っていた方が良い。 ホテル自体も基本、地元の人が使ういわゆる場末のモーテル感があり、北向きで薄暗くこもっているため、部屋で長くくつろぐ気にはとてもなれない。シャワーの圧もまぁそこそこといった程度。 Wi-Fiは良かったし、スタッフの感じもよくてOK。 本当に安く寝るだけのためだけなら使ってもいいかな。」

「ルート６６を走るドライブを一部ではありますが楽しむことが出来ました。 途中バグダッド・カフェ、ルート６６博物館等に立ち寄り古き良きアメリカ を堪能しました。二日間の小旅行でしたが、街道沿いの方に声をかけて頂き 少々の立ち話等良い経験でした。 シカゴのビギニングオブルート６６の標識と、エンドオブトレイルのサンタモニカ 、ウィリアムズの旧６６、フラッグスタッフ等での記念写真は取ったのですが、全て走破するまでとは思っておりますが・・・ 今回は、ロスを拠点に往復３００ｋｍの工程でしたが、ここの大きめのモーテル はおすすめします。部屋も大きく大変静かで食事もロケーションが良く困りません。 」

「スタッフは一部を除き、フレンドリーで、柔軟に要望に対応してくれた。 ただ、タバコを吸う女性のフロントスタッフは、しばしばデスクを離れており、呼ぶと嫌そうな顔して対応されたのは残念。」
