"Reception is in the restaurant. I had to wait for check in 20 Minutes as the waitress was serving food and took orders first. The room was old and bathroom from the 70s. Soap and shower gel empty. Some rooms were renovated but not mine:-( The people were very nice and location was perfect for me. For 2 nights it was ok. "

"Das Sauerland Stern Hotel war insgesamt leider nur mittelmäßig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, was gerade für Ausflüge praktisch ist. Leider wird dieser Vorteil durch den Service deutlich relativiert. Das Personal wirkte mehrfach unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Anliegen eher desinteressiert. Insgesamt fehlte es an Serviceorientierung und Freundlichkeit. Für den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel...

"Neues Hotel. Leider sehr lautes Zimmer direkt zum ständigen Türgeräuschen. Ein Zimmertausch war leider nicht möglich. Einige Mängel beim Service: z.B. bestellte Weinflasche war warm, keine Handtücher im Saunabereich, 2 Tage leere Shampoo in Sauna Dusche,..."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles passte zu 100%. Personal: freundlich, hilfsbereit, flott. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel gegeben. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der moderne Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend. Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste. Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Der Latte Macchiato mit Abstand der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe. Das Hotel ist älteren Baujahrs jedoch an vielen Stellen modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Das Geländer im Schwimmbad müsste gestrichen werden. Die Duschhalterung Zimmer 73 ist defekt. Es war aber sehr schön und es hat uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank."
