「Do not book this hotel in the off-season. After our booking already went through, they sent us a message saying that they were no staff on premises and that everything is done electronically. We could not get into our room until 4:00 and was informed that if we tried getting in before that, our door would be locked. There was also no a/c in the room. We booked in August.... it was hot! The price per night was cheap, now we understand why. Will not book again.」

「Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well.
