"Close to downtown and offers nice breakfast"

"The staff went above and beyond. Easy parking. The floors were dirty, bathroom clean and remodeled. Bed was squeaky but comfortable"

"Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise."

"The pillows were the size of couch pillows 1 roll of toilet paper setting on the counter no coffee maker. Bed was not good. Charged me twice called a deposit. I will be contacting my cc about this."

"Very clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast."

"Staff was super helpful"

"Tasty breakfast: variety and quantities were sufficient, longer of time to dine than many hotels."

"It was as good if not better than some of the pricey hotels we stayed in on our 7 day road trip."

"Clean room, helpful staff, great pool and gym!"

"Rooms are old, outdated, & a bit run down. Bed was awful! Could feel the springs! Toilet seat was broken. Someone’s going to fall off! Bathroom walls coming apart. Best part was the shower. Good pressure & shower products. Not the greatest area or hotel. Across the street looked better. Wouldn’t stay again"

"The rooms and facilities were very clean and staff super nice and welcoming. Will be staying here when we return again next year!"

"Clean rooms and helpful staff. Conveniently located across the parking lot from 2 of Greeley's best restaurants."
