The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. They had a very nice breakfast spread and it was attended to throughout so they didn’t run out of anything. I had a very pleasant stay there and would be happy to stay there again!

Nice stay in Greeley

My wife and I apent one night in Greeley for a golf tournament. The hotel is in a good location and oarking lit is well lit. Check in was fast and staff was accomodating. Really only two complaints: One - the body wash pump in the shower was empty and Two - the pillows had zero support.

I was pleasantly surprised by the accessibility of restaurants near the hotel. Had a wonderful meal at Lucky Fins. Only took 10 minutes to get there. Staff was extremely helpful. The curtains in the room could use a little cleaning but everything else was spic and span.

There was here and there damages in the bathroom as well as the body 2 bottles of conditioner instead of body soap (im sure its just the bottle not actually two things of conditioner) overall its very clean and nice

The hotel was ok, seemed a bit old with some updates. The staff was great. The breakfast was good- standard complementary breakfast. The issue was the beds. Oh my they were so uncomfortable! My husband and I both had to fight sinking into the center all night. One of the absolute worst nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel.

The bed mattress seemed worn and squeaky. Was not comfortable. Need to update the air conditioning. The swimming pool did not seem clean. The ceiling in pool area is warped and bubbled and the windows looked dirty. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. All food and drink items were a cheaper grade. Will not be staying here again

Tear down the building and start over!

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful whenever a situation came up however there were circumstances beyond their control. I was stuck in the elevator three times in a matter of one hour. We were on the third floor and got stuck bringing our luggage up and had to call for help. It started running again but when we went back up it stopped again. We gave it a go a third time finishing with our luggage and again, got stuck. This time we told the receptionist that we would need to be moved to the first floor as we had a guest who was 70 years old and couldn't be going up and down the stairs multiple times a day. We were moved to ground floor rooms but one of the rooms needed some serious remodeling, especially the bathroom tub and the light shades. The toilet in the other room overflowed and they were left with a wet carpet for the rest of the weekend. Oh and I forgot to mention...we were too scared to use the elevator when we moved so we had to make a couple of trips up and down the three flights of stairs to move our luggage. One more thing, the quality of the food served during breakfast was just under average. To say the banana were ripe was an understatement. I don't thing anyone ate them because they were ready to be put in the freezer and used for banana bread at a later date. Like I said, the staff was friendly and worked very hard to maintain everything clean.

My first nogjt was great staff was great and another person I thought I was reserved Ed for Dec 8-10 to as my grandma was on life support . Courtney helped correct tje reservation however my credit card was charge twice by Expedia and twice by hotel . The clerk has my run my card again saying it was declined and now I have 2 charges on my debit card also . So total of 6 charges over 650 to stay 2 nights . Each person says tje dispute needs to be done with Expedia and Expedia says dispute with hotel. The evening staff was not helpful and I was emotional as my grandmother has just passed away and now I have all these extra charges
