Google Maps has this property as 3 stars. Compared to other properties, this might have set the expectation a little high. Getting Wi-Fi access seemed to require signing up for the Quality Inn travelers' program. It was a convenient location if you are downtown dining or going to a show. Parking is easy.

The staff went above and beyond. Easy parking. The floors were dirty, bathroom clean and remodeled. Bed was squeaky but comfortable

Bed good, shower good. Pool too cold, breakfast disappointing. Like the hard floor for pets, but it gets gritty easily.

The hotel was not clean, the first room had inoperable electrical outlets, the second room was dirty, a couple dead bugs by the bed, we didn’t even think about getting in the shower. The third room was already occupied! So we took the 2nd room. On the upside, the beds were clean and we did sleep well. Definitely not the “Quality Inn” we have come to expect.

We had high hopes but our room was disgusting. The floor was sticky and the bedding was most definitely not clean. It ruined the whole time for me. It looked like boogers all over on the sheets.

We stayed here about 10 years ago and it has definitely gone down in all categories. It is run down. When we checked out there was absolutely no one at the counter. I waited for about 20 minutes and wound up just leaving the room keys.

Lilly at the front desk was outstanding. She was so nice and helpful - she made the stay so much better. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed it for...a bed to sleep in. For the price, it was a great deal.

We had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the front desk for check-in. Another person who has been there several days said that it happens a lot. Bathroom and shower didn't look like the floors had been cleaned well. Good location.

The room was clean and nice and cool upon arrival. Lots of parking. We were able to park the bike right up front so no one would mess with it. Wish the breakfast had more options, but still good.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. Great location and it felt like a safe environment, which I really liked. The only bad thing is the train; it passes very close by, blows its horn very loudly, and makes it difficult to sleep. That is the only downside

Very good shower and bed. The property is getting very run down and could use a lot of work. That being said, I would stay there again. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Pool area looks well kept up. Simple breakfast available. Right by downtown where Greely Blues Jam for Friday night which was what I was looking for.

Rooms are not clean at all… there was so much trash and gross stuff on the floor and the bathrooms were disgusting. The halls smell old and musty and wet… I felt cleaner camping in a tent than I did in their beds. might be better called the not so quality inn
