「Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. 「Apartment was beautiful and roomy. Communication from Host was excellent. Always answered quickly and had great ideas. Finding the key was tricky but only took us a few minutes. All in all would stay there again on a return trip. 」

「This property is extremely accessible to DC and Arlington areas, 3 minutes for Reagan airport with no noise, and easy communication with excellent support from the host. We came for our son’s college graduation. It is nicely appointed however has just the basics in the kitchen and bath so bring all essentials. We enjoyed the city view and walking to restaurants and shopping. Remember to pay for parking if needed :) It was a great stay and highly recommend this property. Also, try Hank’s Oyster...

"建物は古く、電子レンジがなかったり、浴室が普通の半分サイズなど、やや奇妙なところもありますが、古い箱で最近に近いサービスを提供していると言うことで好感が持てます。最近は冷凍庫や電子レンジがあるところも多いので検討してもらえると嬉しいです。スタッフはとても親切でした。まさにホテルマンとしての、プロの仕事をされていました。設備も故障や汚れは一切なくとても快適でした。 WiFiは無料で使えますが、終日とても遅かったので、これは改善してほしいです。"

"早い時間だったが、部屋を準備してくれていてありがたかった。しかし、半地下みたいな場所のせいか、季節のせいか、とにかく湿っぽくて部屋全体がベタベタしていた。しかも、ハンガーの数は極端に少ない、コーヒーメーカーは作動しない、大きなスーツケースを運ぼうとするのも大変な思いしないといけない…滞在中は何かと不具合が多かった。ロケーションは良くて、配車サービスもメトロも使い易い。空港からよピックアップについて、事前の説明をしてもらえると安心だった。 "

"チェックインした時点で、石鹸の封が開いている、シャワーキャップの紙箱に水しぶきがかかっている、シュガー類が入った袋にコーヒーの染みがある等部屋の準備に甘い部分があった。それを鑑みてチップを置かなかったからか、掃除は洗面所の床に髪の毛が残っていたりと大ざっぱであった。とはいえ潔癖症の人間が過ごせる程度であり、一番安い部屋に泊まったが寝室も洗面所も広くあるべきところがきちんと広く、ホテルの従業員も丁寧であったので快適に過ごせた。各種タオル、ドライヤー、アイロン、バスローブ等の備品は揃っている。シャンプー、リンス、ボディークリーム、シャワーキャップ、靴磨き、手洗い用石鹸、全身洗い用石鹸はあるが、歯ブラシや化粧水、ミネラルウォーターはない。少し歩けばドラッグストアがあるので適宜購入可能。"
