At the Club access pool by the beach, Joel and Santa make sure you are taken care of 24/7. The room service was excellent and always had fresh towels. The food at the steak house - churrasco and salmon was delicious. The hibachi was delicious. And we loved the lunch lamb and pasta at il bottacio.
