I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. 」

「Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler. 」

「Did not receive upgrade, my fault. I did not mention my Expedia status. I was later offered an upgrade. I was very happy with our room and declined upgrade. The staff was very help full and good natured, shout out to Benjamin. We love that you can stay out of the sun or rain most of the time due to the layout. The grounds are beautiful and lush. The pool needs work due to tiles in pool coming off. There was never a problem finding seats. They offer a wide assortment of foods for every want. Will...
