「We liked it very much, the room space and deco, the included breakfast. We went to Bellas Artes and it was 15 minutes away. Great!」

「We had a great stay here. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. The rooms were a good size and have a balcony. The beach is just steps away. Pool open 24 hours. Outside bar open tipp 11 and inside one till 12. The casino is small but has a mix of games. Old San Juan was a 20 minute Uber ride away. 」

「La Concha was conveniently located and the staff was helpful and friendly. For the cost of the room, I would have expected a little bit more in terms of the quality of the room. The sink wasn’t working well and the faucet was loose. And while I know it’s a bar at night, the lobby music was ridiculously loud. You couldn’t even hear yourself talk when checking in. 」

「Did not receive upgrade, my fault. I did not mention my Expedia status. I was later offered an upgrade. I was very happy with our room and declined upgrade. The staff was very help full and good natured, shout out to Benjamin. We love that you can stay out of the sun or rain most of the time due to the layout. The grounds are beautiful and lush. The pool needs work due to tiles in pool coming off. There was never a problem finding seats. They offer a wide assortment of foods for every want. Will...
