The Space:

This year-round retreat at SnowPine Village was fully renovated in 2021 with brand new furnishings, shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and modern light fixtures throughout. Enjoy the patio with seating for four, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation after a day on the trails. The updated A/C system keeps you comfortable during warm summer months, while the gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings.



Inside, you'll find new mattresses and premium linens in the king bedroom, plus a lofted sleeping area with a queen bed and twin bunks. Unwind with Roku 4K TVs and a Nintendo Wii for family fun. In-unit laundry and dedicated parking add everyday convenience.



Located steps from Holiday Valley's golf course, hiking and mountain biking trails, and pickleball courts, this condo is ideal for summer adventure. When winter arrives, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access right from SnowPine Village.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.



Getting Around:

You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends. During the ski season there is a shuttle that will pickup in the parking lot and take you to the lodge at Holiday Valley.



Other Things to Note:

🚶 There are steps leading down to the unit from the parking area.

🪜 Inside, a narrow spiral staircase leads to the open loft bedroom, which may not be suitable for very young children.
