Be ready for parking if you drive in, it is an extra $50+ a day to park in the hotel parking structure which to me seemed like they are milking the guests. No help from hotel just park and pay. Ok first to park in the hotel parking structure should be part of the hotel stay cost and not extra and second the parking payment should be included in the bill and not make you stand out in the parking lot downloading a QR code and paying the fee every day of the stay. No option we could find to pay all days at once just day by day so you have to remember to do that every day or they will boot your vehicle. A place as nice as the Westin should have a system that is better than this!
The staff and rooms were all very good and what you would expect from them. The location is excellent and the shopping and view are great.
Expedia might mention the parking thing above as when you are booking whatever you’re thinking is the cost if driving in it is $50+ more than the booking fee says. They also charge a post tax fee of $30 a day. So the final hotel bill is going to be around $100 a day more than the Expedia booking daily cost is.
So overall very good place to stay but the management does nickel-and-dime you and seems like the exception is most will fly in so the drive in people are not enough to bother with. "
