「We had a wonderful few days at the Little House as part of a longer week exploring VA and WV. The cottage was inviting and well equipped (even Band-Aids!). The property was tranquil with great water views. It was in a secluded area yet a short drive to nearby towns. We enjoyed use of the kayak, relaxing on the porch, and listening to the rain hit the roof on our last night. Rob and the neighbors are welcoming and friendly. 」

「A gorgeous property perfect for a quiet getaway from the city noise. The cottage is very charming, and perfect for two people. Very clean, accommodating, private and peaceful. The private beach is beyond charming and the local spots are amazing. We recommend the frying pan and highly HIGHLY recommend the spider hall farm stand (get the apple cobbler). Nonetheless the cottage is truly amazing and a perfect get away. 」

There are so many amenities that we didn’t have time to use them all! (Kayaks, paddle board, game shed, crabbing, fire pits, pizza oven…) The owners have thought of everything you’d need or want, plus more! We loved the quiet beach and how close it is to the house.
