"Hotel was very nice and clean. I called and asked a question and the person who answered wasn’t the friendliest. A lot of taxes added on when you get to property. Parking is also taxed."

I don’t know how nice Oakes Inn is but when I called reception regarding the text message about moving to Hilton, she was very polite and helpful. I booked a fallsview king bed at the Oakes and we got a really nice room on the 31st floor at the Hilton."
