「This property was nice and cozy.. and close to multiple attractions. Easy access to entering the home, as my family and I settled in comfortably. Compact, but spacious and fully supplied with all required kitchen appliances and utensils. Only downside: there was no washer/dryer on site as outlined in the description, and there was no ease of access to viewing the television (and wished that having no cable was outlined). 「I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...
