"Good location to the beach and nice little private outdoor spot to sun and grill. The unit is on the second floor (as advertised) however the stairs are steep (as are most older homes), but could be hard for anyone older or with bad knees or hips."

"My wife and I loved this apartment, it was as nicely updated/kept as advertised. It is literally a 45 second walk down to Thames Street right by all the bars, restaurants and shops but importantly just far enough away that it is quiet which was amazing since our 7 month old was with us and he slept through the nights without any issues.
