"This place is an older property with basically no amenities—just a small coffee shop inside, and that’s about it. My biggest issue is the parking. It’s ridiculous—you have to park two blocks away and walk back to the motel. And that’s really what it is, a motel, not a hotel. The staff was great and the room was okay, but this will be my last stay here."

"In window air conditioner drops your score somewhat but not as much as having "Nancy, my special concierge" misrepresent her offer of a tour of the new addition. You should have more respect for your guests and tell them right away that the "Tour" is really a come on for a sales presentation for a vacation club. There are lots of couples who would indeed decide to come because it interests them. Other couples , not so much. In any case it cheapens your image when you resort to subterfuge to get someone to sign up. It is not consistent with the upscale image you are trying to present. "

"These folks understand hospitality! This was our third year in a row at the property. Clean room (the King Suite is well worth the spend!), bottled water for the asking, and relaxing breakfasts on the front porch. The pool bar is well staffed and well-stocked. We will be back next year! "
