「The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped...

「The location to Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor and the view were the best attributes to this property. The heated pool was nice since it was chilly on our days there. The “lodge” is in need of some upgrades. The carpet is old, the bathroom is renovated, but the tub wasn’t and the tiles in the bathroom had water stains. The hot breakfast is nice, but really, for the price, I wish I had looked into other hotels in the area that were much nicer ant first glance and more updated.」

「The house and the staff were amazing! The home was beautiful and in a great location regarding park access. The staff was so very accommodating, and even let me check in a little early. If you’re considering staying in an inn, remember that the walls are thinner than a regular hotel. You’re basically sharing a home with others, depending on how many rooms are in the house. Overall, great stay and I would definitely recommend and go back myself.」
