「Such a mixed experience. We booked the room through Expedia, where we could not find information about the amenities. I called the staff there, who was very friendly over the phone, to confirm. Unfortunately she mistook my last name (Ha) for someone else (Hu) who rented a different unit, and thus gave wrong information. From our conversation we thought our place would have a kitchen, and thus brought a lot of food and cooking gear, which we could not use as the place only had a bedroom. Most...
