「The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the room was shabby. The bathroom had peeling wallpaper. The shower needed to be regrouted. There was a plastic bag full of water handing from the showerhead. The staff said it was because there was a leak. The toilet paper holders were rusty. The bottle of conditioner was empty. It took about 12 hours to get it refilled. The room smelled like bug spray. There was a beetle climbing up the wall and the inside of the lined curtains had dead bugs in...

「The room was reconditioned well. But was sparsely furnished. It was clean. We had trouble getting hot water in the shower early in the morning. I am guessing there was no hot water circulating in the supply line. We booked a single room with a king bed. But were placed on a standard room with two double beds. I checked my online booking. We did request a single king.」

First, the mattress was old and had a dent in the middle, next they hadn’t updated the TV since early 2000s, next the bathroom ceiling had heavy water stains and what looked like mildew, and we were placed next to the lounge where some guests have access to get free breakfast and snacks throughout the day and the problem with that was each morning between 4:30-5:00 am the staff was loud and stocking the room was very disruptive to say the least. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent and prepared by a friendly staff. Slow WiFi is a negative point.」
