「The staff were amazing! We had our dog with us and she’s terrified of the world because of past abuse, so we were already stressed, Paul made our check-in process easy. Kim and Lori (I think that was her name) answered questions were had during our stay and processed our checkout with ease. The room was clean, everything worked, and there were plenty of places to walk the dog. We had plenty of room to park the moving truck (we were waiting for our rental house to be ready) and no one messed with...

「ドライヤーがないのと、カップ麺を作ろうと思ったのにお湯がなかったのが困った。結局髪は濡れたまま寝て、お湯は電子レンジでそこそこ水を温めて作った。そのかわりコーヒーはポットに作ってあって、自由に飲めるようになっていた。部屋は広かった。」

「Crown Motel is clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the location. It’s right on the water with its own private beach. It’s nothing fancy but it had everything I was looking for in a lakefront property. Ruby was great during the check in process. The bbq/picnic area was a nice surprise and it was awesome that so many people were using it. The patios and deck areas offer places for people to hang out and I love the pool area. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly...

「Check-in was very easy. Front desk lady was so nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I like that it has a good size fridge with a freezer. There are a couple things I think should be done. The shower floor needs fixing. And they need to put bulbs on the lamps. And it would be nice to have somewhere to hang your clothes. But overall If you need a room just for a night or two this is a good place.」

"We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away."

"ホテル内で開催された講演会に参加のため５泊利用。空港との間を往復する無料シャトルバスは15〜30分間隔で運行されており便利。別館(北棟)に宿泊したが、フロントから館内徒歩移動で数分であり不便は感じない。部屋は広く、冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、無料の無線LANが備わる。電子レンジが有る部屋と無い部屋があるようだ。カジノ併設のホテルであり、館内の飲食店は充実。持ち帰りメニューを事前にWEB注文できるのは良い。だだし値段は高め。徒歩圏内にセブンイレブンとアジア食材店があり、飲料はそちらで調達した。自動車博物館などがある市街地の方面へはホテル駐車場前のバス停から路線バス「バージニアライン」で片道２ドル。"

"The building is old, but it is very well maintained and feels clean. It is also conveniently connected to the adjacent hotel by a skyway. There is a beautiful river nearby, making it suitable for sightseeing beyond just the casino. I would love to visit again."
