「Pros: Great quiet location near Giant Steps. Property was perfect size for us and our dog. Parking was easy and plentiful. Beds were comfortable, though they are on the softer side so keep that in mind if you’re used to a firm mattress. Only hiccups were several bags of dog doo left on the outside patio by the previous guests (a bit of a bad impression out of the gate) and could not reach the host after check-in to receive the code for the hot tub/sauna area. 「The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave. There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough. 「Very comfortable and thoughtfully-appointed condo. We (two adults, one child) enjoyed our stay here over the New Year's holiday - it's close enough to walk to the "beginner side" of Brian Head, though we chose to drive.
