「Most everything went well. There was a glitch with the thermostat and while the response was very prompt they weren’t actually able to fix it after a couple hours of trying so the temperature in the house was not terribly comfortable .」

「Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...
