「The host was very responsive and proactive in ensuring we checked in and were happy with everything in the property. Would definitely recommend.」

「The property was clean and nice for our 10 day stay.」

「Me and my husband really like the place , it's clean, the size of the 2 bedroom are just right, 2 bathroom is always a plus. The location is close to many shops and Dartford train station. Smart TV in the living room and of course having a WiFi connection is always great. But for me the most important is having Adi is an excellent host. She is always ready to attend to all our needs. We will definitely comeback if we needed a place to stay in Dartford.」

「All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard...

「It is NOT renovated. The wood and cabinets are damaged wood (not a lovely aged veneer - cheap wood, paint damage, particle board). The kitchen counter is just a piece of wood unattached to a piece of metal it's sitting upon. (I have photos & video). The couch has no table; I pulled a small plant stand from under the stairs to use as a table it wobbled and the screws were loose so I had to lay it on its side and place a tray on it - I have photos). The bathroom has no mirror and the only other...
