「Super clean and easy to access! Quiet location and super responsive host!」

「It was quiet and peaceful - exactly what we needed. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. It was nice with full sized appliances. The apartment and bed were comfortable. The view was beautiful and the binoculars were a nice touch. We loved hanging out on the deck. The only negative was the short, deeply pot holed, dirt/gravel road that connected the paved road with the paved driveway. Nice place for a peaceful get away.」

「My fiancé and I came out here with our dog for a small getaway for her birthday. The property is gorgeous and well kept. There is another property attached to the rental, however we had the whole property to ourselves when we went. The studio provided just about everything we needed for our stay and we actually really enjoyed the outdoor shower! 「A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again!」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this small apartment conveniently located in downtown Downieville. Great views of the town below and surrounding mountains. The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.」
