Oak Tree Cottage is part of the picturesque Stoke Rochford village. It’s walking distance to Stoke Rochford Hall and its lakeside grounds, with a farm shop open on weekends and the dog-friendly Cross Swords pub 20 minutes away on foot. Stamford, Oakham, and Belvoir Castle are all within easy reach by car, and Grantham Station offers direct trains to London. Ideal for country weddings, golf weekends, or peaceful getaways.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Lovely countryside cottage with a warm, cozy feel. Easy to find with ample parking, which made arrival simple for our family. The fireplace was a highlight and made the evenings especially relaxing. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would happily return.
