"Nous avons eu semble t’il un problème de communication car à notre arrivée la réception semblait fermée mais le manager (charmant)nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés. L’appartement est propre et agréable puisque qu’il y a une cuisine on aurait souhaité au minimum sel poivre un petite bouteille d’huile, nous avons eu un chiffon pour la vaisselle le 2ème jour en le demandant car la réception est fermée le lendemain, étonnant pour un complexe de ce genre qu’il n’y aie pas quelqu’un en permanence "

"The place is pretty dingy, but it's very close to the beach and boardwalk and this meant more to us for the one night (thankfully, just one) that we stayed there than finding something fancy."

"There was a very loud 'beach party' event, which happens every Tuesday. The noise reached rooms, and went on until very late. The event means no room service is available, and the only dining option was to join a loud party. This would be fine if wanting this type of experience, but while travelling for business, it was not ok. I feel like the hotel should warn guests at booking that this is happening so they can decide if it's what they're looking for. Staff are rarely stationed at reception, and you have to wait for someone to spot you to come and help. There were no irons in the rooms, and there were none available to use from housekeeping when needed - again, challenging as a business traveller."

"The apartment was nice and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was very close to the dune walkover with a faucet to rinse our feet. It was also very close to the promenade with lots of shops, hotels, boat slips and grocery. The beach was pretty crowded, but everyone was happy with their children. Please provide better guidance for arrival and departure."

"Not recommending this property! Long list of reasons why… difficult to find, dark hallways, poor key location far from entry door, extremely small, dirty beds, NO sheets, NO towels, NO toilet paper, no soap."

"First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning. Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down."
