「This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and easy to communicate with. My only challenge is I did not realize my reservation was actually booked through Expedia, not Vrbo, which made communications and updates really difficult and confusing, until I...

「The bathroom had mold on the wall and ceiling. There was no shampoo or soap although the description states there will be. Not a problem to go get some but don't advertise if you aren't going to supply it. You also need to specify the parking situation, including the 3 am to 6 am laws since there is no off street parking. We made due since our stay was short but we won't be back」

「We had no issues whatsoever. The instructions from the host were crystal clear to the extent that we never needed to contact them at all. The description of the place on VRBO from the host is spot on. The place was super clean and very conveniently located, close to everything, outlet shopping, the Falls, grocery shopping, other state parks, etc. the street is really quiet, we absolutely loved the quiet nights. I really do not know how it could get better!」

「The house was clean and generally as described, and we appreciated the overall stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1. Linens and towels: There were not enough bed sheets and towels for the number of guests. It seemed that the guests sleeping on the couch may have been overlooked when preparing the linens.
2. Kitchen supplies: The kitchenware was quite old, and some of the pots and pans were noticeably scratched. Replacing them with a newer set, along with providing...

「The house was great for what we wanted it for. Proximity to the falls was perfect, the fenced in backyard for the pups was ideal, and communication with the host was awesome. We arrived to a broken toliet handle of which the host offered to fix immediately but since there was a second toliet available for us to use, we requested to wait for it to get fixed until after we left and he was very understanding about that! We had no problems finding street parking right in front of the house. House...
