Sun filled living spaces feature amazing views of the channel and the iconic musical fountains. Relax and retreat in the top floor primary bedroom with king bed and private deck. An additional guest bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk . Well equipped kitchen open to dining area and cozy living area. Step out to the beautiful deck where you can enjoy your morning coffe or gather everyone for dinner while enjoying the view. The Harbourfront is the perfect launching pad to wander and explore everything Grand Haven has to offer and return to each day to relax and rejuvinate.
INSIDE
The 206 at Harbourfront is a condo unit in the historic Harbourfront Condominium building which has three floors.
On the first floor, you will find the entryway, garage, and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining, and living area with plenty of seating, a flat-screen wall-mounted television, and views of the channel outside. There is a sliding door leading out to the deck which has plenty of comfortable seating and a small dining area overlooking Harbor Drive and the Grand River.
On the third floor, you will find the guest bedroom with a Twin over Full Bunk bed with a Twin trundle. Also located on the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with King sized bed, a relaxing sitting area, and workspace. You also have access to the upper-level patio.
OUTDOOR SPACE
This condo features two spacious decks. The second-floor deck has plenty of seating with a dining area, and the third-floor deck has lounge chairs to soak up the sun and to enjoy the beautiful views of the channel and the Musical Fountain!
PARKING
There is one parking spot directly in front of the garage, and one additional parking spot on the other side of the driveway labeled with unit number 206.
SLEEPING
This condo sleeps 6. All bed and bath linens are provided.

EATING
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, dinnerware, drinkware, a Drip k-cup style combo coffee maker, and more. There is a dining table with seating for 6 people.
THE LOCATION
Harbourfront sits directly across from the channel in the most ideal location in Grand Haven.
Downtown Grand Haven is two blocks away. If you're in the mood for great boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, that's the place to be!
You can walk or bike the boardwalk down the channel to the beach to catch a sunset. The beach is only a mile away, but if you don't want to walk or bike, catch a ride on Grand Haven's Trolley!
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

"The 206 at Harbourfront was a phenomenal rental. I stay at VRBO properties often and this property was luxury. All the best amenities, tons of towels, pillows, comfy beds and furnishings.. The 206 is in the best location, farmers market across the street and easy walk to shops and restaurants, musical fountain, and boardwalk to the beach and pier. Tons of beach chairs and bikes for summer. Grand Haven has so much to offer year round with skiing at Mulligans Hollow, game nights with drinks at Odd Sides, GH Winter Fest, and so many more events and the 206 is the best rental to experience it all."

"Fantastic!! The unit was decorated beautifully and had really nice kitchen items at your disposal. Couldn't have picked a better unit for our mini vaca. The location is perfect for walking downtown or across the street to the marina and activities at the boardwalk. My older son loves trains so it was great to walk over and see the 1223 Pere Marquette. It was great that you had the ability to ride the bikes down to the State Park and walk out to the Lighthouse. We will definitely be returning to that unit again this summer."
