「I'm a diabetic and requested a room with a refrigerator. The agent that checked me in was not helpful as all the dining room was closed but a kind lady gave me some ice. Went out and came back around 11pm or so restaurant was closed so I could not get any ice. Went to the front desk and explained my situation. Room was immediately change to one with a refrigerator」

「The front desk stafff Deidre was great and helpful, the bellman Sanceniro was helpful. Bartenders was excellent and loved what they did. My room was okay except the air conditioning was extremely loud. It kept waking me up.」
