「Unfortunately, with exception of front desk, bell hop and lobby security rest of the staff did not want to be bothered. Rooms amenities and furniture are substandard. Room service staff rude and not helpful. I wish I was told about Jack Hammering noise. I wouldn't have stayed. No towels at the pool three days in a row.」
