「The cove is newly renovated as I understand. Adult pool is amazing with soft beds, beach is amazing with soft powdery sand and clear water. Food is good but expensive for what it is but hey it’s an island, so yeah. Nice casino. Rooms are big and spacious, clean. We stayed at 19 floor the view was amazing. 「The property itself is great! Right on the a private beach, beautiful pool, very nice. The staff was not very attentive, or friendly. The bar drinks were weak, small and pricey. The rooms were great, very spacious, could use some updating, but overall were nice. Housekeeping checked in daily for trash and fresh towels. 「Pros: Above avg dining at multiple restaurants esp the Edgewater which has a fabulous setting. Private beach/lagoon area is welcomed and they do a nice bbq on the beach every Thursday night. Breakfast buffet is very good. Pool stays open until 730ish. While rooms aren't 5-star, beds are very comfortable. 「The staff at this hotel are amazing! Without an exception, every staff we encountered was welcoming and willingly helped us when we needed their assistance. Our room was upgraded, which was also a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back in the future.」

For those who are new to snorkeling or have kids, there's a good spot at the gut at the northern end of the property if people aren't fishing there.
