「If you want quiet and relaxing this is for you, seclusion and privacy. Great hosts. Don’t go if you’re looking for a resort experience. This is for getting away and enjoying each other with the outside locked away for a few days. 」

「The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager.」

「We had a great stay on Cat Island and at Cat's Cove! The kitchen is well stock with pots, pans, and appliances. The netting around the beds was great for the no-see-ums and we loved the open kitchen into the living area concept. The gas grill was also super easy to use. Overall a great stay!」

「The perfect vacation home depends on what your perfect vacation is. This was MY perfect vacation home. We wanted comfort, and seclusion and we got it! We stayed early November of 2025 and never saw more than two people out walking the beach. There are a couple other homes within view but they were empty. The deck looking out over the ocean was definitely a highlight but the inside was very nice also. The upstairs and downstairs can be rented separately but we rented both just to make sure...

The living area (kitchen, dining table comfy seating) all share an unobstructed view of powder white sand beach, gorgeous blue water dotted with coral formations and palm trees and sea grass along the sand dunes. The expansive ocean facing deck runs the full width of the villa and can be accessed from the 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms as well as the living area.
